1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bigbat ("Platform", "us"). By accessing bigbat.fun, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any services provided by bigbat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the bigbat platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the bigbat platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Non-bigbat employees: bigbat employees, their immediate family members, and parties with a direct interest in the platform's operations are not permitted to register as members.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and KYC must be truthful, current, and accurate. bigbat reserves the right to seek damages if false information is used to obtain platform benefits.

3 Account Registration

The bigbat account registration process is designed to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform. You are required to provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active phone number.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Bigbat conducts a thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all new accounts. Required documents include:

• Proof of identity: A valid MyKad, passport, or recognised travel document.
• Proof of address: Bank statements or utility bills dated no more than three months from the withdrawal date.
• Payment method verification: Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions.

Bigbat reserves the right to request additional documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Failure to complete KYC within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of the withdrawal function.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bigbat recommends using a strong and unique password, as well as enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — remains your responsibility until bigbat receives written notification of unauthorised use.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Bigbat provides a variety of payment methods tailored for Malaysian users, including local bank transfers, FPX, and popular e-wallets. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account level.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
• Bigbat does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Payments from third parties are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for most payment methods on business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified in your name through the KYC process.
• Bigbat reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawals for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
• Any withdrawal requiring incomplete KYC will be placed on hold until the verification process is submitted and approved.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All games available on the bigbat platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by a recognised third-party audit body. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and cannot be manipulated by bigbat or any player.

• Game results are final: Once a game round is completed and the result is recorded in the system, it cannot be altered or disputed unless a verifiable technical error is present.
• Technical issues: In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, bigbat will review the system logs and process any compensation or refund based on available evidence. bigbat's decision in such cases is final.

7 User Conduct

8 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the bigbat customer support team via live chat. Prior to processing the closure, any eligible balance in the account will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigation into the account.

Bigbat also reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any activity.

9 Liability Limits

Bigbat is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or events beyond bigbat's control.
• Data loss resulting from unforeseen technical failures.
• Transaction delays caused by third parties such as financial institutions or payment providers.

In all circumstances, bigbat's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Privacy & Personal Data
